Building our retirement home was an awesome experience compared to when we built a home about twelve years ago. We went about it a little differently back then and this was like day and night. Twelve years ago it was more like we were our own contractor, with the help of a contractor friend who advised us on the technical side of building. At the end of the day, the biggest difference was we didn’t have a personal relationship with the trades so that was, by far, the biggest factor in our decision to use Martell Homes this time. I would recommend Pierre and his team, primarily because of the quality of the product we have. Right from our first meeting with Pierre and his staff, we knew that this process was going to go quite smoothly. It wasn’t when they poured the foundation and it wasn’t when they did the drywall. It was right back when we started to put pen to paper and talk about what we wanted to do.
Building a new home can be very challenging. From the purchase and design of our home, through the construction, possession date and even beyond, the team at Martell Homes was with us every step of the way. We are thrilled with our new home, in terms of the quality of the product and the excellent level of customer service received through the entire process. Pierre and his staff took the time to listen and understand what we wanted in our new home and the professional workmanship exceeded our expectations.
