  6. Network with new and potential clients;

  7. Anticipate and resolve customer needs;

  8. Make client presentations;

  9. Work with clients during the pre-build decision making process;

  10. Look after all aspects of client feedback and referrals; and

  11. Hold the customer’s hand as required throughout the buying and building process.There are a few skills we’re looking for:

  12. Dynamic, ambitious, and highly motivated;

  13. Ability to develop strategy, as well as plan and execute it;

  14. Excellent communication skills - fluently bilingual;

  15. Strong facilitative skills;

  16. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with attention to detail;

  17. Computer proficient (i.e. Mac, iPhone, Outlook, Excel, Google, email); and
